[QUOTE="BroncsFan, post: 3391664, member: 9052"] I think 1910 mentioned that he's likely to be given a break before going to Colts... I think we might've done similar with some of our other young guns coming through. Might've been a Fifita, Haas, or Coates, where they only ended up playing a few games of colts at the end of the year (possibly after their schooling had finished??... I'm not sure if Mozer has finished school or not, but being 18 he possibly has??). After they finish this year they then get moved into ISC. In regards to Souths... Paix has been coming up through there and was starting so Mozer being in that squad shouldn't be too much of an issue. In ISC I'd say he's likely to be lined up as impact off the bench when he first gets into ISC. Strength and conditioning will be important for Mozer... he needs some more size if he's going to be defending in the middle, but you don't necessarily want to bring him into the gym and add a ton of weight to him straight away, because it could take away some of his strength before he even knows his game. I think because of that they'll want him in Colts to see how he goes against some older players... get him into preseason against the top 30 and see how he goes there against bigger players again. Get some kg's onto him and bring him through ISC off the bench. You'd think he's probably at least late 2024 before he gets a debut, maybe even mid-late 2025 (pending how he goes in ISC), and when the development is needing to be that slow (mainly for middle defence) we need to be making sure we lock him down, so he is actually given time to develop properly.
