Put it this way, when he has the right ingredients the bloke is a Gordon ramsay, a genius in his job who can cook to a Michelin star standard. But if the ingredients aren't working he's too stubborn to change them, and the food looks nice but tastes like shit and will never win a Michelin star. Its why cycil connell, and Ron massey, were massive parts in his success. Connell found the ingredients, and to a lesser but perhaps very important extent massey may have helped him see when ingredients weren't working. [/QUOTE]
