If Lockyer does become more hands on, obviously both parties (him & the club) will ease him in to it, making sure where he ends up is the right fit. For the moment, let him still have some form of life outside of the Broncos and Rugby League so it doesn't suffocate his passion. Mentoring sounds like a good start. [/QUOTE]
