Broncos and Queensland have never been run like that. You are a junior for your junior club Cairns Kangaroos or where you play from under 6 to under 16. You can't play Under 8's for the Broncos. The Broncos can pour millions into development and schools and clubs and EPDP but that still doesn't equal juniors. The wording of juniors would harm the Broncos not help which would be exact opposite of what old mate wants I suspect. If you want it to be developed players than the Broncos come back into the fight.
