They’ve all been around long enough, and been recently successful (expect James) that they won’t stand for that shit. And the big one - complacency is not an issue for them. I have absolutely no doubt there are a handful of players that were at the club over the last few years that have done nothing but accelerate and perpetuate the toxic culture that led us to where we were, right up until about round 18 last year, when the penny finally dropped.
