Once again the judiciary would have to believe Spencer would behave contrary to how a reasonable person would behave. - That he didn’t call him a monkey yet his brother posted several things on social media with monkey emojis and other monkey references. - That Ezra Mam flat out lied and has stood by that lie despite all the attacks and scrutiny. - That the other witnesses that heard it are also lying. - That all this is being done to Spencer when he didn’t say it when there is no history or motivation there to justify it - To overcome the fact that Mam and other Broncos were saying that he called him a monkey simultaneously they would have to believe that prior to the game several Broncos players got to together and planned to level a claim of racism at Spencer for some unexplained reason. - That despite this apparently well thought out plan to level a false racism claim they chose to level it at one of the few players of colour in the Roosters team.
