They started as wooden spooners, with a couple deadwood players and a brand new coach just like we are. We now know they went on to have a pretty darn good season considering their starting position. My point is we can do the same and we start with a team that's even better (in my opinion) I'm not trying to be a shithead here, I just want to highlight that we're in a better position than it might appear, the evidence that success is very achievable is nearby and obvious and it's not unreasonable, based on recent history to feel some optimism.
