I agree there are more people not performing then him. But most of them are not in key postitions, have been in said position for 6 years and are being paid a mil a year. The defense issue is a league issue, it's got more to do with the current rules then simple structures. A team like Souths can have 50 put on them easily, scores of 40+ are common in the modern game.
