The only reason he was put on report was for the cheap shot the ground, but the penalty had already been given. Also also, it's amazing how squeaky clean JWH has been since the rules have come in. Ordinarily he'd be good for 3 or 4 cheap head shots a game, and he was defended by the commentary as "just a tough player". The fact that he can eradicate those shots on command says to me that they weren't just incidental contact from playing tough, they were deliberate head shots intended to put the opposition off.
