I think that question needs serious consideration and constructive answers, and I think the role Hodges played in this side is a significant element, one that is missing on the field. I think our position on the ladder shows we are very competitive, but my instinct is that the whole side needs to lift dramatically, lift consistency if we are going to go forward and not slide.
