Seibold tries to play a more modern and complex style of football but fails to get his players to buy in. Bellamy is a good example of a coach who plays a modern and complex style whilst having his playing buy in to his system. That's why Melbourne are first or thereabouts every single year, Broncos were 4-8 or thereabouts most years under Bennet and Seibold is still figuring shit out.
