All of the games with the exception of 2 are against teams on the bottom half of the ladder and most of them are at home, including our return game against the Cowboys. We play perennial end of year fade aways like Newcastle (twice) Cronulla, and Warriors. All of those teams battling for the last spot in the 8 and obviously all are above us on the ladder (Tigers, Cows, Newcastle, Cronulla, Warriors) so each win stalls someone we need to stall on the ladder above us. None of those teams is more than 2 wins ahead of us with 8 games remaining. The only games against teams above them on ladder are Panthers and Roosters. Panthers will be without Cleary and possibly Lui and might be flat after SOS, and the Roosters have lost by close to 50 points in 3 of their most recent games. Todesco looked spent the other night. A slim chance but a good way to finish the season chasing it with the eye to next year. [/QUOTE]
