Then came the article in the Sydney press headlined with BRONCO BILLY wherein it was claimed that the Broncos never lost under Billy Harrigan and were receiving favourable treatment. We never won another penalty count under Harrigan. In fact we were treated unfairly by all the Sydney refs and this was lovingly overlooked.
