At this point there are better players in the wings and he hasn't been good for years now. People have been calling for his head for years, this is just the straw that broke the camels back for a few of us. I, for one, don't think his head has been in the game for a while now. Parker and Hodges could leave because they had jobs lined up. Thaiday has spent the last few years trying to land a job instead of doing the job he already has well. I would also have been happy to see McGuire dropped this week. The hair pulling, whilst it has been happening to our blokes for years (Thaiday, Sims and Blair) is just dumb, immature and weak. People go through Broncos games with a fine-tooth comb because it's what gets the likes on Twitter. It might seem small but we don't need anything to make our season more difficult. Between that and Thaiday wishing he played for a different team, I hope our young fellas are surrounded by other people who can set a good example for what it means to be a Bronco. [/QUOTE]
