Hence sports entertainment, its all about generating a spectacle. The NRL needs to get KPI's out of refereeing and should scrap the cap and let the teams sink or swim on their own merit. If you did that teams would move out of Sydney on their own accord and look to Perth, Darwin, the central coast, sunshine coast or Redcliffe for options. But they know the teams who would dominate and there is to much self interest in the game for it. [/QUOTE]
