Hoffman showed again why the club has been looking for other options at fb, there has never been a question about his defense, but in attack he continually steps his way across field to the sidelines, taking his support out of play, before running out of room and taking the tackle. In today's game you need more from your fb. I don't think you can be a successful captain if your own form is consistently down on where it should be, Thaiday has been poor for 2 seasons now.
