2(a) garden variety double movement.  Video ref was talking about the arm.  Fucker didn't know the rules.  Other dickheads in bunker should have said "the arm doesn't have to hit the ground...it's a double movement if the ball hits the ground".  Either they are gutless or don't know the rules either.

Can't wait for Archer's "the process was right" excuse on Monday....
