The problem is, we lack elite players. Only two perhaps three players can be considered elite - Hodges, Hannant & Thaiday and they all have problems. The rest vary from good to completely ordinary, depending on who we're talking about. It isn't to say we're the worst run team in the competition, but as the richest club in the competition I don't feel as if we're as adventurous as we should be and the players we are betting on (eg. Norman) aren't as good as our officials believe they are. I still don't think we should go out and sign whatever trash happens to float our way but we should be looking to address our weaknesses and target players of considerable talent to fix them. There's plenty of players who have the ability, but just lack the guidance to make the most of it. We need those players. And no, that isn't an invitation to throw 600K at Dugan. [/QUOTE]
