However, I’m starting to see that he talks very well, but I am not seeing much on the field reflecting what he is consistently talking about in his pre/post pressers. I understand things will take time to click with this team, and I am happy to be patient, but after 4 games, I genuinely think we are going backwards. Seibold has to now also get a grip and realise that Darius is so far from captain and a leader, it is laughable.
