Adding weight and adding muscle are two completely different things He's added weight, like Mariner has, but Mariner isnt carrying excess weight where you can see Selwyn is. Not a great deal, but he isnt in as good a shape as he could be. Its all about doing some extras in your training and lifestyle. Time will tell how he goes with it. As for his training, he's still turning up late, just not as much as he was, and he doesnt push himself as much as he probably could, but that side of things at the moment is managable for him. Its something imo he does need to keep an eye on. Not a comparison directly, but Milford for example got so far on his talent, until he didnt.
