I just watched the replay. Have you? I completely agree with @Huge. Watching the replay, without the hype and emotion of watching live gives you a better perspective. I certainly saw a lot I missed when watching live. I actually watched to check out Croft and Nui. Croft wasn't perfect, but Croft was still very good, in the ways Huge observed and it was a lot more than just 24 tackles. I can see absolutely no reason why he should be dropped, but then I don't have an agenda about Croft like a lot on here do. I don't give a toss about the "95% of the people on here who believed" Croft was poor. Crap. He wasn't. And I think your remarks about Huge are way off, and maybe it's you who have an agenda instead. As for some other observations, Paix was great. He was in everything defensively, tackled really well and was full of beans and his service out of dummy half was excellent. Talking about perspectives .. I recall one poster on here saying "he didn't even know Paix was out there". Well, maybe watch the replay. I take back what I said about Nui. He shows so many qualities of a top tier FB it isn't funny. He is a lot quicker than I gave him credit in my other posts about him. He does have footwork as well. In fact, my one criticism of him is he uses it too much when he runs at the line. I'd rather he just takes the line on like Karmichael used to. Nevertheless, for mine, he is exactly what we need in our FB now and for the future. It's fine to rant and rave during a live game. I know I do it. I do it a lot. But in the cold light of a replay, one can get a lot better perspective, and see things for what they really are.
