Is not preparing future stars with the exception of Oates. Seems to allow lax Discipline within the playing group.  still has salary cap in the bank. Declined recruitment of established and future stars.(till now) .                                                                                                                   Bennett took a couple of years with a much better roster. the discipline is the worrying thing for me.
