FWIW this is my 4 step plan to get things going in the right direction. 1. Get rid of Seibold - I have been firmly in the camp of give him more time and have excused him numerous times but no more. The bloke is out of his depth and he has no idea how to get them out of this. His one big positive was meant to be his brain and the structures he would bring but we have no structures. If this was an execution problem and there were clear ideas in place but the players were just not executing that would be fine and time would fix that, but there are no ideas or structures. 4 straight hitups and a bomb to the oppositions chest is not structure and literally anyone on this forum could coach that, hell the barely literate ***** of #bronxnation could coach that. 2. Drop key players - There needs to be a line in the sane, a moment where the club says no more. Boyd and Milford need to be dropped. I don't care about the size of their contracts, that it is Boyd's last year or their 'experience'. They need to go if for no other reason to send a message to the group that we will no longer tolerate this no matter who you are or what your circumstances are. We have become a support service not a football team. In anything you do you should measure yourself against the best and the club needs to ask themselves would these 2 still be making the Storm or the Roosters team and we all know the answer to that. I don't care about the excuses or other factors this is a results business and there results are fucking atrocious. 3. We need to get the old boys onside again - Do I like some of them? No. Do I think they have acted like entitled children? Yes. However, rightly or wrongly this division is having an effect on the club and the players. These guys are big names and have huge say in the media and there is no way this isn't impacting the playing group. The only way to fix it is a circuit breaker. Complete step 1 and then get them all in for a day at the club, get the BBQ going and the beers flowing and sort it out. I do not think Kevvie is a great coach but he is passionate, a Broncos legend and the old boys love him. He needs to be involved again with the club, which leads me to my last point. 4. Make Kevvie Head Coach - As I said I don't think he is a great coach but I think he is what we need now. He would get the passion for the club going in these players again and our attack looked it's best when he was an assistant. Have him as Head Coach and surround him with great assistants to handle the areas he is not good at.
