No wonder it is a struggle for us to get depth with all the 2nd tier cap breaches.
it amuses me when they whine because they cannot use a player because they have a fit player in similar position already available from their top 25 squad.
Just proves they fucked up with their top squad and now want a relaxation of the rules to fix their stuff up. EG Moylan at Penrith
