Take it as a given and lock it in Eddie McGuire style that Brad Fittler will definitely not being coaching the Roosters next season.

It is spot on. He could have had the job mid season but he would have had to relocate family etc at short notice.

If Brian Smith has been targetted ( this would be a very recent approach ) I would suggest Smith would look after his old mate ( Sharp ) and get him the gig at Newcastle, where he made his name.
