There's time yet, I'm not writing us off but if this time next year we're still a rabble with a high error rate, no structure in attack, paper thin defence, no class in executing a plan, field position pressure, ruck control, kick chases, you know, all the basics a good team does, I'll be screaming for a new coach. Seibold has 1 more year to turn things around, I'm not expecting a premiership next year but if we're not a marked improvement and a team closer to top 4 than to bottom 4, he can't stick around. He can learn his trade elsewhere, we don't do apprenticeship coaching positions at the Broncos. We're a club with high standards and making the 8 should be the bare minimum, not a huge victory. If he continues to back Boyd to the detriment of the team, then he's simply not cut out as a coach.
