My point is there was a strong squad and even letting go who we have continues to be a strong squad. What is missing is the cohesion to make it gel and injuries. One is bad luck, the other a combination of bad form and poor tactics. One thing is certain blaming the past coach rings pretty hollow, especially when that squad was placed higher last season and was tipped to be higher this one. Siebold may not have been able to achieve that success expected, changing the squad the way he has, in the hopes of long term success. And his approach may bear fruit but our current position is squarely on his shoulders, and is the sacrifice we as fans are expected to suffer with patience until his long term success starts coming.
