Since he doesn't strike me in anything I've seen to be particularly arrogant, I'm really inclined to think it just doesn't bother him all that much. Benji Marshall certainly called it out, and the writing should have been on the wall back then. How frustrating must it have been for Benji to be an old man, with none of the physical gifts that a younger man like Milford still had at his disposal, to be busting his ass at Redcliffe to get a first grade run whilst Milford was on a million bucks a year and effectively on cruise control and unwilling to make the extra efforts to be the best he could be.
