Munster 7. (Milford/Hunt/DCE/Taylor/Norman/Jacks?) 8. McGuire 9. (McCullough/Hunt/Segeyaro/Friend/Granville) 10. Napa 11. (Cooper/Su'A/Hipgrave/Hess) 12. (Kaufusi/Thaiday/Lowe) 13. Arrow 14.
