I am also not so sure he is the best man for the job. He quite openly admits that he doesn't really do the coaching at Qld, Neil Henry is the coach and Mal is the figurehead, so would he also need to bring along Henry and the rest of the Qld coaching staff into the Aust positions in order to be successful there?
