I'm just repeating myself here. So sorry to anyone else reading this... I get it's the storm and they can't do any wrong in your eyes but I can tell you evidence suggests 2 weeks is more then enough time to recover from any form of jet lag (eg maximum time zones heading west) with mood-cognition-performance (a study by Gálvez (?) in 2012 I believe?sorry if I get that wrong, feel free to check it), particularly athletes.... If you are suggesting they will be fatigued by playing an extra game (?) then why are they replacing it with another game? Seriously.... Are you maybe suggesting mental fatigue? If that's the case then I'm guessing the mental effort it takes to win a premiership would cause more mental fatigue, and anyway thats up to the coaching staff and is really individual (some players may like the trip to Europe and view it as refreshing). Once again they won't get fatigued in September by a game in February because they would change their program accordingly. Do you think they just copy and paste the same training regime every year or...? And they won't be fatigued/jet lagged with 2 weeks rest... so? I normally enjoy debating you because it's entertaining but I'm seriously struggling to stick with you here.
