No wonder they loved him. Unless there is a tell-all book from someone we will never know the whole story but it seems like the inmates were running the asylum at the back-end of the Griffin era. I think the major problem was not instilling enough discipline in the playing group and not making tough decisions. He was tremendously loyal to certain players and that's an admirable quality but they did not repay that faith with quality performances. [/QUOTE]
