First of all, this is not a knee jerk. One or two fvck ups is ok, but what we have are serious problems that go beyond ( but contribute to ) the players' performance. Bruno quite simply, has to go. Th guy is moronic and incapable of maintaining a Rugby league club that potentially has so much going for it. He inherited a club that was successful with all indications suggesting that the trend should continue. What we have now is a club that is leaking players at the rate of knots and we seem unable to lidentify or lure any talent to the club. The player turnstyles have been spinning over the past couple of seasons - mainly heading out. Bruno's bumbling handling of Bennett's successor was pitiful. The recruitment and retention of players has been abysmal. Quite simple, Bruno is so completely out of his depth that he must be removed. Those with any involvement in the Broncos must be horrified with what has transpired. Bruno doesn't appear to care about results and that is a huge concern. How did this pri(k get the gig - and how does he keep it? I assume there is some form of performance condition built into his employment. What is the criteria? Regarding Ivan, the players obviously don't respect him and, with no new faces coming to the club, we can only expect more of the same. The worry with Ivan is the complete lack of any patterns in attack or defence. I actually feel sorry for Steve Micahaels; he reads so poorly in defence but he doesn't appear to be getting any assistance. He is like a dog that chases every car that comes down the street. The Broncos need a new CEO and coach. Simple. The decision making from both has been unacceptable and should not be tolerated by a professional and iconic organisation like the Broncos. "The time has come," the walrus said.
