Regarding Ivan, the players obviously don't respect him and, with no new faces coming to the club, we can only expect more of the same. The worry with Ivan is the complete lack of any patterns in attack or defence. I actually feel sorry for Steve Micahaels; he reads so poorly in defence but he doesn't appear to be getting any assistance. He is like a dog that chases every car that comes down the street. The Broncos need a new CEO and coach. Simple. The decision making from both has been unacceptable and should not be tolerated by a professional and iconic organisation like the Broncos.
