If the team or individuals don't perform, I will criticise them (win or lose). If other teams are showing better form I will be realistic about our chances of continuing, I won't blindly have faith that we will win. But that doesn't stop me riding every hit up, every tackle and biting my nails through every game urging them on to win! And when we do win and do play well I will praise the guys to no end.
