As for the Bellamy saga, again that was news worthy. And again they ran it into the ground and bent the truth but a big club trying to force out the biggest coach in the game with the next biggest coach was always going to be big news. It doesn’t help that it was handled pretty poorly by those involved. Now there is the ongoing obvious Bennett contract dramas. Yep, they are probably over blowing it and stretching the truth but Bennett has publicly commented on it way more times than he should have because he’s using it to pressure the club. It’s very messy and there’s no one but the club and Wayne to blame for it being news worthy. Add on top of that our current on-field issues and what do you expect?
