It won't ruin the game, it will improve it. So, in summary: Let the onfield ref ref the rules. The video ref can see if a try has been scored (and I don't mean go back and see the 50 ball movements in the lead up to the try, just whether it gets planted over the g-damn line) and we will have a great product.
