We need somebody to come in and tell these blokes to referee what they see and to the rules and when you get all the backlash crying foul about it we need a strong leader to say this is how it is. Don't break the rules and you won't be punished. Might be a period of a couple of months where the look is terrible but coaches/players will soon learn that they have to curb what they are doing otherwise they risk being penalised out of a game.
