Re: Where's Aeetee? I have raised this question of Broncos treatment toward their fanbase, since 2005!!! Espescially toward the SBBS. Inside Lang Park, I can understand people not standing out. I can understand that, even outside all the work and support that Broncos fan groups have undertaken in Brisbane, supporter groups not standing out in Brisbane. However, the SBBS stands out like dog's balls at all games in Sydney. Every game, you can clearly see (and hear), the SBBS group. Hell, on a TV in Perth, I can still clearly see them. So why the Broncos, barring TC (and Thaiday once!) can't even just walk toward the group and raise their hands, is a bewilderment. I have said before, it is no wonder many NRL supporters, especially QLD based supporters, believe the Broncos are arrogant. The goup goes to every game in the Sydney area, surely the players must realise that those people are passionate about the club? In the old days, the boys did get dirty with the fans. It has only been since 2000 that this culture has started to emerge. Maybe after Superleague, when the professionalism stepped up, the culture changed? Who knows. But the more people pedalstool them, the worse it seems to get. My only suggestion is for young fans to realise that these people don't cure cancer, they don't save lives. They don't heal people and they don't lay themselves in harm's way for others. They play sport. Love them, but don't idolise them. Don't swamp them for autographs, don't feed the machine. They are just blokes who are good at sport. /rant.
