Sorry mate, that's the exact wording I heard, and to be honest, that's exactly what it was... fucked-up! This doesn't mean it wouldn't have happened anyway, given the majority share holder wanted it, but the way it was done, it reeks and looks like it was aimed at preventing the "unconvinced" to even have a chance to present a case against it.
