Look at Sam Thaiday - the guy looks like hes been drinking schooners every night for the past 5 years - his fitness and condition isn't up to standard, yet he's allowed freedom? I do not care how well he has served the club, the older you get the more responsibility and example you hold - he should be the strongest and fittest he has ever been. Its a professional sport and success comes from discipline at the very basic level. If that standard is not set, the result is what we have now. [/QUOTE]
