Want a premiership in the next 3 years? Go with Madge. Want to play an attractive brand of football and win fans and the media? Go with Seibold. Want to promote the club's values and go with somebody with a marketable resume? Go with Kev. They just have to make a decision and not for one second doubt themselves like they did with Henjak.
