I’m not meaning any disrespect at all to Wayne and again I would love to see him see out his contract here with a premireship but it’s only natural for a bloke to be looking after his best interests for the future. In fact it would be dumb of Wayne not to try and organise the squad he’s going to be coaching in 2020 which is why I think the swap has to happen this season to let them both own their teams now and not in 12 months.
