If it's a ploy to get Wayne sacked, by saying Wayne has been holding discussions with Rabbitoh's players for 2019, and WB does get sacked based on that, well shit he's going to have to deal with a pretty pissed off group. In that scenario he has essentially went public and dobbed on someone to advantage himself.
