In answer to your question, Paul Harrigon, Mathew Johns, Mathew Gidley. So your basic position is that he got rid of a couple of 30+ year-olds and signed several others to replace them. Sounds like a plan! Hindsight has shown it was a good plan............ Anyway, I don't think he is doing it now. Boyd should have been offered no more than 2 years with a one year option in the clubs favor. At best! IMO even that is too generous given the money he is on. Also signing Bird for anymore than 500-600k was a mistake. Also letting Hunt go and throwing the money at Milford was a mistake. Thaiday is in his last year and I don't think he is on that much money. He doesn't bring much to the team but can still be relied upon to make a decent amount of meters, a decent number of tackles and not many mistakes. I don't have a problem with him still in the team. At least for now. Other than that, I think he (Bennett) is doing quite well. Those 3 are very big mistakes. Maybe Milford will prove me wrong but I can't imagine Boyd or Bird doing so. Other than that, I was watching a Fox talk show. I can't remember which. Mathew Johns said all the coaches have agreed to come on the show except Bennett. Then his cringe-worthy press conferences. Particularly the one at the start of the season about "you will never divide this club". So as for coaching, I'd give him a 5/10. In regard conducting himself in the context of his high profile position, I'd give him a 1/10. Not good enough IMO! No wonder the club was chasing Green and now Bellamy. But then again, what he did at Newcastle shows it could be much worse:superhappythumbsup:.
