Rather we could look to bring in soemone who has virtually no ties to the current playing group. We would then mandate to that coach to dig out the cancers here, re-establish the standards and expectations for everyone who wishes to pursue a career with this club. It will take a few years, as no-one can expect a club to simply cut loose 12 players at once, but lets face it our window to really make a enormous mark on the player market is in 2022. Thats 2 years to ground the club back to basics and start rebuilding the culture ect.. Again, my opinions, but there is a protoype 3 year plan of ripping out the filth, restart again and allow the salary cap and roster to accomodate as best as possible those 3-4 high marque players we feel we can get.
