We need players who take pride in their performance and who can drive their high standards throughout the rest of the team, particularly to the younger guys. The fact that our senior guys are some of the worst players in the team and are constantly getting shown up and carried by the 6 younger guys I mentioned is a disgrace. [/QUOTE]
