I know dearden has kevie and alf but they have not played against the current day defensive structures which are much better than the defence that was around during their playing days, so any further support dearden can get will only benefit him and the broncos. And bear with me on this, IMO widdop plays more like a 6/7 in attack, so even though he could line up defensively at fullback and provide that strong organising voice needed back there (and being a game controller could position himself well for kicks), he could play attack at 6 which would enable milf to roam and get back to following the ball and popping up at opportunities.
