I’d also say it’s not good for team morale when player X is getting paid 5 times player Y but delivering the same / less (Haas and Ofahengaue are a good example). When the team starts losing, like we did, and the players start looking around the dressing shed at their peers, thinking to themselves that the bloke across the room is getting paid more, doing ****-all and getting away with it; is it little wonder there is no team cohesion.
