But to be honest I haven't been convinced by any coach in close to a decade, not even Wayne apart from 15 and there are two many variables to claim that was just on Wayne. In saying this I feel there has been improvement over the year ,it's jus that its from player to player and not in a team aspect at this point. What I am is optimistic on is our future, with the talent coming through and what I feel given a full off season this coach can do. I could be wrong. [/QUOTE]
