And yep what Jeb said about he always stays with the team in cheap and sometimes dodgy accommodation and travels economy with the team despite being able to upgrade himself. I have heard nothing but really really good things about him from people who know him and I also agree with Jeb that he seems like a really down to earth, lovely bloke.
